KC’s CleanLine

A simple iPhone web app for tracking daily and weekly bar cleaning. Built for one bartender, but useful for any small shift-based team that needs a clean record without buying software.

Who it’s for

A working bartender who closes the bar at 2 a.m. and does not want a corporate app, a login, or a subscription. The owner who wants a defensible record. The health inspector who asks what got cleaned and when. CleanLine works for all three without giving any of them homework.

What it does

Tracks the work. Eight default daily tasks and eighteen default weekly tasks, each one tappable. The list lives in the app and can be edited as the business evolves.

Reminds without nagging. Choose none, in-app, or push notifications. The bartender decides how loud the app gets.

Builds a report on demand. Last 7 days, last 30 days, or a custom range. Black-and-white, audit-friendly, printable, and shareable by text, email, or PDF.

Stores everything on the phone. No account, no server, no data leaves the device unless the user shares it. Closing or losing the app does not lose the work.

Installs to the Home Screen. No App Store. Add to Home Screen from Safari and it launches like a native app, including offline.

How to install on iPhone

From this page, tap Launch the app. Safari opens the app. From there:

1. Tap the Share icon at the bottom of Safari (square with the up arrow).
2. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
3. Tap Add.

The icon appears on the Home Screen and launches as a standalone app. Everything logged stays on the phone.

Why this exists

A friend asked for a small, dignified tool that did not feel like enterprise software. The whole thing is one HTML file with no dependencies. It is meant to be useful, not impressive.
