Got an idea you’ve been turning over?

Send it. Stan reads everything within a week and writes back. Worst case you get a thoughtful “not for me, here’s why.” Best case you get a collaborator.

The workshop’s structured idea-submission flow - with a small AI sanity-check, a clear response, and a place to refine over multiple sessions - is being built. Until it’s ready, the lightweight version works fine: a short note.

The form goes here. While it’s being built, email [email protected].

What helps when you write

What the idea is, in two or three sentences. Who it’s for. What you’ve already tried, if anything. Whether you’re looking for a sounding board, a collaborator, or someone to take it off your hands.

That’s the whole spec. No deck required. No formal proposal. Plain language is better.

What happens after

Stan reads it within a week and replies. If it’s a fit for the workshop, the next step is a short conversation. If it’s not, you’ll get an honest read on why and, where he can, a pointer to someone who’d be a better match.
